No, we operate by appointment only.
How can I prepare for my color analysis?
Best practice is to come makeup free so that we can get an accurate reading on your skin... and most importantly prepare to be amazed at what color can instantly do to change your appearance and confidence.
How do I gain access to the building before or after typical business hours?
If the doors are locked there is a keypad to the right of the door, touch the menu and look for "Beauty Mark', or #203
Can anyone book a Japanese Head Spa Experience?
Yes, anyone, male or female, 14 and older, may book a head spa service. The only restrictions are that you must not have any extensions, weaves, twists, tape-ins, braids, locs, etc. in your hair at the time of your service.. We cannot guarantee the preservation of these styles nor can we properly cleanse and detox your scalp and hair with the manipulations and tools we use.
Can my friend and I get services at the same time?
We only allow small group bookings for color analysis. All other services are booked one on one with your service provider.
Can you bleach my hair from roots to ends?
We focus on low maintenance lived in hair color. We would be happy to refer a stylist who specializes in global blonding.
Will you dry my hair after my head spa service.
Your head spa service will end with a comb out, a towel dry to remove some of the moisture from your hair and a reexamination of your scalp. There is an option when booking for a blow dry and style if you prefer to leave with dry hair.
